1.实施公司的物资、采购战略，拟定采购计划，完成采购目标；
2.维护与供应商的关系，协商竞争价格和劳务合同；
3.分析市场，管理与优化采购渠道、流程和货物配送系统；
4.上级交代的其他事项。
任职资格：
1.线下广告行业2年以上相关采购行业管理工作经验；
2.熟悉招标和采购流程，熟悉供应商评估、考核，熟悉相关质量体系标准；
3.熟悉线下广告公司常用物料的类型和市场价格；
4.具备良好的采购谈判能力，跨部门协调能力，团队协作能力；
5.具备较强的职业素养，主动性强，能承受较强的工作压力与工作强度。
