Main Objectives:
TO TAKE IN CHARGE OF INDUSTRIALIZATION PROJECTS AS DEFINED BY THE INDUSTRIALIZATION MANAGER

Detail Tasks:
1.Assists the Industrialization manager in organizing the industrialization activity

2.Is in charge of organizing/updating documentation system for the Industrialization department
3.Assists the Plant Quality manager in enforcing a 5S policy
4.Takes in charge the complete industrialization of PQPprocedure
5.Participates to the projects meetings steered by the projects leaders
6.Organizes and reports the processes functional analysis
7.Prepares the technical specifications for equipment & tooling
8.Participates to the processes FMEA
9.Communicates the RFQs to the equipments suppliers (in accordance with Purchasing)
10.Participates nomination of the supplier
11.Follow-up the design and manufacturing of the equipment -design reviews, trials, acceptances
12.Organizes the supplying of components and material for the trials
13.Organizes the integration and the run-off of the equipment in Sogefi
14.Organizes the training of the Sogefi personnel with the HR & Production managers
15.Prepares the process documentation; flow-charst, working instructions, equipments users and maintenance guides, process control plan


Requirement:
1.industrial experience in automotive industry mandatory
2.plastic tooling design capabilites : manage design review with suppliers, tool and part acceptance for in-house production
3.assembly line process design and qualification capabilitiesassembly line process design and qualification capabilities
4.experience in Air filter products will be highly appreciated.
5.english mandatory
6.above bachelor degree major in industrial or manafacturing.
7.above 3 years expeirences in manufacture industrial
