2. Experience:Automotive industry. Mechanical skills. Sales knowhow. Experience in the rubber industry is a plus.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Existing customer management: develop close relationship with customers and understand customer's organization, purchase process and technical need to improve penetration.

2. Development of new market and potential customer

开发新的市场和潜在的客户
3. Complete personal and team target in: sales, new business booked, new customer, visit

4. Clarify the RFQ and propose the quotation by collecting cost information from relative departments
澄清询价，并从相关部门收集成本信息提出报价

5. Support in: Quality response (e.g. claim); deliveries (if important issues), money collection (if commercial issue)

6. Develop and Maintain a comprehensive technical knowledge of the products, applications, features, advantages and benefits
