Main responsibility:

- Monitor and maintain the line equipment, improve machine performance
- Analysis machine maintenance cost and launch cost down project
- Manage the engineers and technicians, improve the people productivity
- Manage the machine preventive maintenance and verify the result
- Support line capacity expansion setup

Main requirements:
- Semiconductor background
- Above 10 years Engineering working experience, focus on equipment. Test experience will be preferred
- Above 5 years people management working experience
