Objective of Job: To lead the professionals who successfully identify and develop suppliers for manufacturing and exporting of automotive components to North American automobile assembly and European plants.
Main Tasks:
1.To identify new suppliers in china for Chassis component export to North American assembly plants.
2.To negotiate best global prices for subject components
3.Develop business cases for export sourcing from China. When aligned to company objectives, convince Global sourcing and Engineering colleagues throughout the world to seize China sourcing opportunities.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Management, technical undergraduate degree preferred, supervisory experience in automotive component Procurement experience with interior trim components preferred. (Automotive experience is a must)
Must have: Ability to increase China Sourcing volume and make compelling cases to internal clients on benefits of China sourcing, can-do atitute,proven sales/customer service skills, proven problem-solving experience, thorough knowledge of procurement and sourcing of OE automotive parts, fluent English language skills
Personal traits: Self motivated and directed,trusworthy in a global business setting, flexible with work schedule and travel,achivement focused and team oriented.
