Position Summary
An exciting opportunity for those who aspired to work as HR professional in their career path. The role's key focus is to support regular HR operation/processes in MSD R&D center.
Responsibilities:
?HR Operation
- Support staffing team on offer preparation & distribution
- Pre-hire stage support to prepare new hire onboarding
- Onboarding Process key driver to ensure new hire's smooth onboarding experience
- New hire orientation/training support
- Support employee relations programs, including corporate culture activities organization, employee communication, etc
- Work as important contact window to provide consultation services on HR general operation and process Execute on Employee recognition related programs
- Personnel system/data maintain and update
- Employment related certificate management
?HR Projects Support
- Assist HRBP on various HR projects, programs, initiatives per related requirement
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills as team player & process driver
- Be highly responsible and proactive
- Good command of speaking, listening and writing English, CET-6 no less than 560
- Familiar with MS excel, word, ppt;
- No strict requirement on major, Human Resource major is preferred
- Adaptive and could work well under pressure
- Patient, and good at handling diversified assignments carefully in an organized way
