Title: Business & Reporting Analyst
Purpose of the workgroup and the job:
Sales Excellence is in charge of driving the adoption within EPG (Enterprise & Partner Group) of Business Management (BM), Opportunity Management (OM) and Relationship Management (RM) processes/frameworks, the group works in tandem with sales teams, XTU leads, and all sectors within the subs to achieve consistency in execution.
Core job responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
? Design and deliver Business Intelligence Solutions and tools, Reporting and Operational solutions for EPG China Team base on Microsoft technology Product.
? Develop and administer a comprehensive reporting infrastructure that’s populated with data from core Microsoft systems (MS Sales, GSX, EAF, EBMS, BMX, AP, etc.)
? Generate reporting and analysis in support of FY13 execution, review and planning.
? Support other business requirement.
Qualifications:
? Must an experienced developer of the Microsoft Business Intelligence technology stack, including but not limited to: SQL Server, Excel Pivot, DTS, SSRS, and SSAS.
? Ability to gather/analyze requirements and create functional specifications
? Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
? Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analysis, database development and BI system/tools development.
? Developer background is highly preferred.
