Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Human Resource or relevant field
? At least 2 years of HR working experience
? Familiar with related regulations
? Good communication skills
? Self –motivated and well-organized
? Fluent in both Chinese and English
Responsibilities:
? HR strategies and policies conveying and implementation
? Fully responsible for recruitment process including sourcing, ad posting, candidate selection, interview arrangement, contract preparation and personal files management etc.
? Staff attendance and payroll management.
? Partnering with school principal on HR related issues. Active participation in staff communication and staff change management. Work as bridge between school and staff.
? Potential HR risks/problems track and possible solutions suggestion. Act as expert on HR related legal issues.
? Working with principal, drafting of related school HR procedures and regulations based on school situation. These procedures and regulations should be sent to China HQ HR department for record.
? Handling HR procedures such as staff entrance & resignation process, social insurance & housing fund process etc.
? Expat staff recruitment support. On board issue process such as relocation, work permit and visa application etc.
? Monthly HR reports and data preparation as required by China HQ HR department.
? Annual manpower plan and budget preparation.
? Students and staff insurance purchase and update according to HQ’s policy
? School Administration work including supervision of support staffs (cleaners, security, maintenance, cooks)
? Other duties as directed by supervisor.
