Major Responsibilities 岗位职责:
- Responsible for the product whole operation, make operation and planning according company's overall strategy , compile specific plans and organize and supervise implementation.
负责公司产品的整体运营工作，根据公司总体战略制定运营规划，编写具体策划方案，并组织和监督实施；
- Organization products operation data monitoring and analysis
组织产品运营数据监测和分析；
- Analysis and grasp the requirments of market and customers , develop and coordinate the follow-up operation plan according to the change of the market. 分析、把握市场和用户需求，并针对市场的变化制定和调整后续运营计划；
- Responsible for monitoring the related products in the industry and analysis competitor.
负责业内相关产品监测，竞争对手分析。
Requirment 任职资格 :

- Market marketing management and other related bachelor degree or above
市场营销管理等相关专业本科及以上学历；
市场营销管理等相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 3 years or above working experience about operation, project management , Good ability of data analysis .
3年以上运营、项目管理工作经验，有较强的数据分析能力；
- Have rich knowledge about market operation 、planning and promotion 、Personnel organization of practical experience and performance.
丰富的市场运营、策划推广、人员组织的实践经验和业绩；
- Good team work sprit and good ability of coordination and communication.
良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力。

- Good English skills both in speaking and writing , strong Communication skills and sense of responsibility .
