Responsibility
1. Work closely with management to build Great Place to Work.
2. Participate in the planning of compensation and benefit strategy, policies and structure, to ensure the rationality of C&B system from the perspective of internal and external environments;
3. Maintain the compensation structure & rewarding system to meet the business requirements and comply with the local laws & regulations;
4. Conduct formal or informal market benchmark surveys, analyze all information to make recommendations on compensation budgets & proposals;
5. Assist to summarize employee performance appraisal, participate in annual salary & bonus review;
6. Handle payroll related affairs, ensure the accuracy and timely of data collection, calculation, payment, reporting, tax & pay slip etc.;
7. Handle employee welfare affairs, including statutory benefits & supplementary benefits;
8. Analyze C&B related data, prepare regular and project-base reports to management.
9. Communicate with management and employees for any C&B policies and/or issues, provide related consultation & support;
10. Manage the payroll system, keep good understanding and operation of the HRIS.
11. Other duties as required.


Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 5+ years working experience, mini 3 years at C&B function in multinational company, with experience in C&B project operation (survey, reward system, etc.)
3. Solid knowledge of labor related China laws & regulations.
4. Excellent in MS Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge of HRIS system is preferred
5. Good analytical skill and logical thinking. Good data sense with highly attention to numerical detail.
6. High sense and professionalism of business confidentiality;
7. Good interpersonal skills, can communicate effectively with all levels of people.
8. Good command in written and spoken English.
