Electronics Engineer
BU – Appliance Business
Location – Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai
Position Overview:
The Electronics Engineer will mainly focus on the simulation, design and tuning of the wired & wireless connectivity module and platform in Appliances. The simulation and design may include but not limited to design analog and digital circuits. He/She will also debug and test to ensure the whole system to fulfill the performance requirement. Mass production experience is highly appreciated.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and select the components and chipsets for analog/digital circuits for smart and wireless connectivity products.
- Evaluate and select the chipset and RF components for a cost-effective RF front-end for a wireless connectivity system using Zigbee, WiFi, Bluetooth or NFC.
- Design the circuit, draw and debug PCB circuit layout from the schematics.
- Design, plan, and self-manage projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as a member of a small team.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, developing disruptive technologies.
- Manufacture following and tracking, Quality control
- Highly flexible attitude and ability to shift gears at a moment's notice.
- Willing to face challenges and have great passion for new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Master candidate in Electromagnetics and Microwave Technology, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent majors.
- Experience on circuit layout and debugging
- Proficiency in electrical and communication solution, experience in appliance electrical board design is a plus
- Familiar with analog and digital circuits
- Skilled at the PCB EDA tools like Cadence, Altium
- Be familiar with simulation software like CST Microwave Studio / HFSS, and ADS, etc. Experience in Matlab & Simulink is a plus
- Experience on microwave measurement equipment such as VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, and antenna chamber
