1.工程背景专业学士学位5年以上工作经验（具有3年以上汽车OEM厂相关经验者优先）
2.具有较强的冲压产品知识，工艺过程控制及模具知识（熟悉电镀、热处理等工艺者优先）
3.具备相关质量工具的运用知识，如SPC,FMEA,PPAP,APQP,TS16949等
4.较强的GD&T知识
5.具有优秀的交流和组织能力，较强的时间管理能力
6.良好的电脑技能及英语说写能力
7.能够在压力下工作，具备较强的团队精神和勇于承担责任的精神
8.能经常出差

工作职责：
1.潜在供应商的评审并依据供应商评审能力的结果对其提出发展计划
2.主导供应商年度审核
3.监控供应商绩效表现，通过评分系统来定义供应商绩效下降的潜在原因并持续改进
4.适时维护供应商绩效评分系统并通知供应商适时评审其绩效
5.组织月度D级供应商高层管理人员的质量会议并提出改善计划
6.供应商开口问题的追踪、改善及验证（PDCA)
7.作为供应商管理的主导者，能利用相关可用的资源，不断提升供应商的质量表现。Essential background requirement
1) Engineering background with bachelor or above
2) 3 years or above related experience in the automotive OEM industry preferred
Essential experience and professional skill requirement
1) Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
2) Well versed in OEM requirement, quality standards and problem solving techniques
3) Strong knowledge of commodity product, process and tooling, such as, molding and stampping
4) Working knowledge of quality tool (SPC, DOE,APQP,FMEA, TS16949 requirements) preferredSPC,DOE,APQP,FMEA,TS
5) Strong Knowledge of GD&T
6) Good computer skill,proficient in English writing and speaking
7) Strong attention to detail
8) conscientious, flexible and quick to respond
9) questioning and inquisitive
10)Could work under hight pressure
11)Could travel frequently

Responsible:
1. Establish, maintain and continuous improve the supplier quality assurance system.
2. Evaluate new supplier through CFT visits and identify opportunity for quality improvement/cost savings through risk analysis approach.
3. Take the leadership to build CFT towards improve supplier performance.
4. Work with respective program CFT and supplier towards Flawless Launch.
5. Supplier performance monitoring and resolve chronic quality problem and /or negative trends identified through supplier rating system.
6. Monthly supplier performance data completion and send out to supplier for review and acknowledge.
7. Orgnize supplier performance review meeting (quarterly basis) and work out development plan.
8. Conduct regular supplier quality meeting and annual process audit.
9. Supplier open issue follow up and verification (PDCA).
10. Orgnize supplier 8D presentation and track it to close.
11. Supplier quality (PPM) continuous improvement.
12. Identify supplier trianing needs base on APQP practice and make arrangement.
13. Adhere all plant policies and procedures as outlined in the desktop procedure and employee handbook and the employee norms.
14. Perform other duties as required.
