Essential experience and professional skill requirement
　1) Target 2-6 years diversified engineering experience.
　2) Provides engineering support for an assigned program in order to bring them to a successful conclusion.
　3) Selection, performance calculation and test planning of components used.
　4) Initiate, support and approve Prototype manufacture and build activities.
　5) Initiate, support and approve Product Development test activities.
　7) Perform project related, technical liaison and representation services for the assigned cross-functional
　 team and customer.
　8) Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks within
　 established and changing deadlines.
　9). Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
　10) Ability to manage customers, suppliers, etc to achieve program deliverables.
　11) Demonstrated successful performance with independent problem solving and presentations.
　12) Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
　13) Basic knowledge of programming and schematic principles.
　14) Maintain safety and housekeeping at all times
工作内容
1. Understanding of engineering theory and principles of operation of mechanical/electrical mechanismes
2. Write/compile engineering disciplines documentation, including Schematic, Wiring Diagrams, Board Layout, FMEA’s, DVP&Rs, 8Ds, ESs, ECNs, and BOM’s.
3. Engages in design and product development of automotive closure systems, including latches and actuators, window regulator, PSD, and PLG.
4. Proven practical experience in software development for real-time embeded systems using C or assembly languages.
5. Solid in-depth hardware knowledge of microcontroller peripherals such as Digital I/O,ADC,PWM,CAN Timer units.
6. Direct experience working on controllers 9S12 series.
7. Expertise in CAN Communication protocol.
8. Experience on implementing diagnostic protocols GMLAN Diagnostics and tool Spy3
9. Coordinates the complete development for the designated products including, but not limited to design,build and test activities, in accordance with standard operating procedures and the product delivery process.
10. Incorporates customer requirements, regulations and product specifications into the design of the designated products, ensuring compliance with operational, cost, timing, safety, reliability, quality, and manufacturing feasibility parameters.
11. Conducts effective communications within the project team and the customer, supplier, manufacturing and quality communities with minimal guidance from engineering management and senior engineering personnel as necessary. Maintains all appropriate documentation.
12. Provides both recommendations and support for design solutions to design personnel.
13. Works with senior engineering personnel to support and drive best practices in design specifications, manufacturing processes, customer requirements, and safety requirements
14. Reviews, approves, completes, and submits required change notices to ensure design outputs meet design inputs. 15. Independently prioritizes the completion of tasks and resolution of issues to ensure compliance to Customer requirements and program deliverables. Contributes to the development of project timing.
16. Understands and follows existing policies, procedures, work instructions and standards and makes recommendations for continuous improvements.
