Requirements:
1. Engineering background with bachelor or above
2. 3 years or above related experience in the automotive OEM industry preferred
3. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
4. Well versed in OEM quality requirements and problem solving techniques
5. Strong knowledge of commodity product, process and tooling, such as, molding and stampping
6. Working knowledge of quality tools (SPC, APQP,FMEA, etc)
7.Strong Knowledge of GD&T
8. Good computer skill, and proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
9. Strong attention to detail,questioning
10.conscientious, flexible and quick to respond

Responsibilities:
1.Provide quality support in CFT and develop preliminary quality assurance plan
2.Make gauge plan and provide gauge cost to BD for quotation
3.Make validation plan and track the test timing. lead to analyze test issues and push to close test issue on time in PV phase.
4.Review and approve all supplier APQP/PPAP
5.PPAP submission to customer and get appoval
6.Take the lead in handling customer complaints in advanced phase.
7.Provide training to inspector and operators for related quality instruction.
8.Lead to resolve quality issues in advanced phase, and lead to resolve chronic quality issues for launched program in operation phase
9.Adhere all plant policies and procedures as outlined in the desktop procedure and employee handbook and the employee norms
10.Perform other duties as required
