职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Lead / administrate/training new project team to achieve project target ;
2. Managing project as team leader according to project management flow to meet project important milestones with high quality and good service;
3. Communicate with oversea team as project only window;
4. Budget application and project cost control in project management;
5. To ensure proper documentation of the project activities and project/product documentation requirement. Create related work instructions, packing specification, labeling specification and what customer required;
6. Establish the project master plan and supervise the implementation. Define project targets and time schedule;
7. Make sure that all important information related to the project are known by itself and informed by other job holders;
8. Prepare qualification and validation documents (Validation Plan, IQ,OQ, PQ、PFEMA、CP), collecting all of qualification and validation records and make reports;
9. Contact with supplier for related project issues, including cooperate with process engineer and tooling engineer to contact with tooling plant for tool modification and improvement;
10. Cooperate with Process Engineer to optimize the process for cost reduction and maintain the production at stable and reliable level;
11. Cooperate with Process Engineer for process analysis and continuous improvement;
12. Maintain part number and BOM, routing in ERP system (UFIDA);
13. Implement ECR & ECN for product changes and coordinate with related department to make it smoothly;
14. To perform any other duties as assigned by manager from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or master degree in electrical or automation.
2. At least 5 year experience in electrical for automation equipment.
3. Good English communication abilities like listening, speaking, reading and writing.
4. Familiar with Siemens (S7-200&300), AB, Omron, Schneider (at least on kind of PLC).
5. Familiar with pneumatic system.
6. Familiar with design software, such as AutoCAD, Catia. Eplan.
7. good ability to study independently for some new technology.
8. familiar with electric & pneumatic control for new equipment.
9. Independent troubleshooting, good ability to find the root cause and solve it.
10. Innovation competence.
11. experience of R&D.
