职位描述：

1.带领生产班组以达到效率和质量目标为前提去完成生产计划；控制当班生产进程以达到计划要求；填写当班生产报表，监控，评估班组成员的工作过程及结果，对组员进行指导、培训和纪律监督；带头、协调并严格执行相关体系政策和程序，纠正错误并实施辅导培训；

2.确保班组内操作员/装配工在被生产主管分配工作后全部接受并通过培训；处理解决生产线出现的问题，确保操作员/装配工100%的工作质量，在出现质量问题时立即停止生产并立即通知其主管；

3.100%学习理解作业指导书并培训操作工和装配工；

4. 带领并管控班组内操作工和装配工完全执行作业流程和所有标准；

5.有能力操作电子束设备以及其他所有生产设备，如清洗压配等，掌握所有的量产产品装配工艺；

6. 填写数量，在线不良品报告，按实际要求将原料交接到下一个班组或仓库，并记录好真实数据；

7.按照5S标准，带领班组人员保持工作区域（工装，设备，工作台）整洁有序；

8.监控工艺步骤以维护作业流程；设定过程可变因素；观察监控可控点、工具设备、人员以及对生产产生影响的来源，学习发展管控方法及汇报能力；推动纠正措施防止过程控制障碍；发起培养一个良好的部门内部和部门之间的团队合作精神。
