岗位职责：
必须有两年以上注塑行业背景，且本科以上学历英语流利，不符合者请勿投简历！谢谢！
1. Responsible for the NPI tooling trial and provide suitable accessories equipment accordingly.
2. Responsible for optimizing molding process, solve process problem and provide sufficient day-to-day support to meet production schedule and quality target.
3. Participate in mold design review, process feasibility study and feedback on product manufacturability.
4. Continuous improvement to production yield, cycle time, molding process.
任职要求：
1. Degree in Engineering, minimum 2 years experiences in plastic industry environment with multi-national company will be advantageous.
2. Working knowledge of Scientific Molding Process & e-Dart system will be preferred.
3. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
4. Matured, resourceful, meticulous to details and possess strong analytical abilities and drive.
5. Strong communication and organizational skills, and capability in self –managing projects.
6. English written and oral communication skill.
7. Have a sense of initiative, integrity and responsibility in work.
