Position: HR Manager

Location: Kun Shan and SuZhou

Summary:

Responsible for HR strategic planning and working out HR policies and HR programs to attract, motivate and retain employees, to fulfill the business development objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all operational HR issues for employees of Q-Tech.
2. Manage and execute the HR processes, such as: recruiting, hiring, C&B, EA, etc,

3. Provide employee relations counseling, advice and guidance to management and employees on human resources and regulated matters to ensure company compliance with Corp guidelines.
4. Investigate employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and recommend appropriate action.
5. Support and implement the HR projects for company, Together with AC group HR Team, like: Performance Management project, Core-values roll-out and etc
Job requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent;
2. At least 8 years Human Resource experience, of which at least 2~3 years are at managerial level.

3. Familiar with labor law, various local regulations and market practice,

4. Oral and written fluency in English and Mandarin are required;
5. Excellent counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills, Excellent customer orientation and be able to work under pressure;
6. Meticulous, pro-active, methodical and process oriented;
7. Strong analytical aptitude, sound project management & problem solving skills;
