Role Description:
Responsible for Heraeus AM-A&I business development in various markets in China (SMT adhesive, automotive & industrial paste, power electronics....).
General Responsibilities:
Analyse market and establish product strategy for the market with support from BU Country Sales Manager and Global Product Manager.
Figure out marketing plans to achieve aggressive business growth targets.
Execute annual Sales & Marketing Plan activities to achieve sales targets, and indirectly responsible for product profitability and technical service.
Sales team management.
Develop business relationship with customers and other parties to grow the business.
Establish and maintain a full understanding of the products and services in line with BU strategy.
Obtain competitor's information and market trends and report all such information to BU Country Sales Manager and other relevant process owners in a timely fashion.
Find & identify new applications for current products to ensure market extension growth.
Communication with R&D and Technical Application Team to modify current products to meet new technical requirements.
Support the introduction of new products and identify needs for new technical development and solutions.
Be a local source of products expertise.
Ensure that direct reports are committed to current and long-term strategies, and are capable to achieve the targets as outlined in the Sales & Marketing Plan.
Job Requirements
Essential:
3~5 years solid sales & marketing experience in SMT/automotive/power electronics sector, SMT adhesive knowledge is a plus.
Product management & sales team management experience are preferred.
Fluent oral & written Englush.
Initiative and the ability to work independently
Business driver.
Result oriented.
Travel frequently.
Desirable:
Good business acumen with Analytical, Problem Solving and Decision Making skills.
Good personality.
