职位描述：

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·Ensure product and market requirements are clearly & concisely defined.

·Define product messaging and value propositions to promote existing and new products to customers, channel partners and the sales team.

·Collaborate extensively with sales, applicaitons, R&D and manufacturing to create strategic and creative solutions for customer requests.

·Work with applications to provide clear and compelling sample release notes, reliability data and technical product specifications.

·Developing and implement company-wide go-to-market and promotion plans, working with all departments to execute new product launch materials.

·Define and manage program schedules for product enhancements and new products under development and report program status to senior management.

·Develop and maintain product collateral and sales tools.

·Establish pricing strategies.

·Manage product lifecycles including new product development, product roll out, and obsolescence.

·Provide product training to applications and the sales team.

·Represent product to customers and at field events such as tradeshows and conferences.

Required Qualifications:

·Bachelor Degreein Engineering, MBA a plus

·5+ years of marketing, applications, or operations experience

·LED packaging experience preferred, display backlighting experience a plus

·Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentationskills

·Program management training or experience

·Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment

·Proficient user in Microsoft Office Suite

·Travel of up to 30% will be required

·Proficient in English a must
