职位描述：
1. Production management on-site.
1.生产组织具体管理工作;
2. Responsible for production management (follow production planning, production preparation, arrange production division of labor,task arrangement), Responsible for OTD, production arrangement,utilization of manpower.
2.负责生产计划管理（编制生产计划、生产作业前期准备、安排生产分工、生产进度控制、人员调配），对交期延误、生产安排不均衡、工时利用率低、生产管理混乱负责；
3. Responsible for training, employee probation appraisal, employee performance review; on-site discipline, staff quality, staff morale.
3.负责组织生产部员工培训、员工试用考核、员工绩效考核管理；对现场纪律、员工素质、员工士气负责；
4.Responsible for the production of labor discipline,Mointor the staff to comply with the production rules and regulations; violations of the command, illegal production and safety accidents.
4.负责生产劳动纪律管理，督导员工遵守各项生产规章制度；对违规指挥，违规生产以及安全事故负责；
5.Responsible for material management in prod, material receiving / release / use / return.
5.负责生产现场物料管理，对物料领用/发放/使用/退料混乱、物料损耗超标负责；
6.Responsible for quality management, ensure product meet the specification; reduce rework.
6.负责生产现场品质管理，保证产品品质符合标准要求；对返工率负责；
7.Involve process management, the reliability of the formula, the sluggish mix, the formula.
7.负责生产配方工艺管理，对配方可靠性、呆滞混料、配方管理系统化负责；
8. Responsible for 6S management, improve visual system.
8.负责生产现场6S管理，实施目视管理，对6S管理不达标负责；
9. Responsible for piecework employee management, make the production capacity, task, working hours.
9.负责计件用工管理，确定产能、用工任务、工时，对安排不合理、工时耗用高负责；
10. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
10.生产经理安排的其它工作。

1.College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, more than 5 years working experience in foreign companies, especially work in mechanical, electronic and technical company with production management skill.
1.大专以上学历,机械工程类专业,有5年以上的外资企业的工作经验;
2.Familiar with sofeware and skill at data analysis, and good problem solving skill.
2.熟悉电脑操作及相关工作软件,能较熟练的分析生产相关数据,并准确的判断生产中所存在的问题;
3.Familiar with the production process and related quality standards, can instantly find the problems in production and make decisive adjustments.
3.熟悉生产工艺流程与相关质量标准,能即时的发现生产中所存在的问题并作出果断的调整;
4.Familiar with 5S management.
4.熟悉5S现场管理;
5.Familiar with production safety and other related issues.
5.熟悉生产安全等相关事项;
6.Have a strong sense of cost control.
