职位描述：
Job Summary/工作概要:
Maintain the normal operation of the factory facilities and equipment(Facilities and equipment, including: factories, production equipment, electrical systems, compressed air systems, air-conditioning systems, water supply systems, fire systems , sewage, etc.).
保持工厂设施设备正常运作（设施设备包括：厂房、生产设备、电路系统、压缩空气系统、空调系统、供水系统、消防系统、排污等。
Responsibilities/岗位职责:
Maintain and record facilities and equipment regularly对设施设备的定期保养并记录
Inspect and record facilities and equipment对设施设备的定期点检并记录
Solve some facility and equipment issues, repair timely;
能够解决设施设备出现的一些问题，能及时修理；
Check and update the availability of the infrastructure information on time;
坚持并及时更新基础设施相关信息的适应性；
Keep records, and regularly hand over DCC
各种记录的保存，并定期上交DCC;
Understand problems of devices often appeared
对外围设备经常出现的问题有所了解
Maintain peripheral equipment regularly
对外围设备定期保养耗材的管理
Communicate well with Peripheral equipment manufacturers
与外围设备厂商有良好的沟通
Predict the external equipment failure
对外围设备故障有良好的预判
Safety environment checking / control
安全，环境检查/控制
Maintain and improve emergency management system
维护及改善应急管理系统
Communication: internal and external (government, customer)
沟通：内部和外部（政府，客户）

Requirements/岗位要求:
Bachelor or above, the Electrical and Mechanical background
本科或以上，有机电背景
Good English listening, speaking, writing
良好的英语听、说、写
More than five years of management experience peripheral equipment
有5年以上的外围设备管理
Electrical permits (strong electricity)
有电工证（强电）
Familiar with the office automation-related applications
熟悉办公自动化的相关的应用软件
Communication skills, express views clearly
良好的沟通能力，能够清晰的表达自己的意见
Understand drawings of electric
能够看懂电气图纸
Honesty, integrity, a good team spirit
诚实、正直、良好的团队合作精神
