DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Leading all NPI;
2. Manage all ECO implementation;
3. Work with Program/Engineering Manager to coordinate activities of Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure NPI program progress on schedule and within prescribed budget;
4. Aggressively in driving team to ensure all key checkpoints are passed;
5. Review status with the customer and CFT;
6. Maintain good customer relationship to avoid escalations;

Job Requirements:
1. Have knowledge about electronics manufacturing process and NPI management process;
2. At least 2 years Program management working experience, experienced in working with multinational companies;
3. Read and write English, MUST have confidence to be able to respond to and speak directly with US based customers
4. MUST speak, read and write Japanese, MUST have confidence to be able to respond to and speak directly with Japan based customers
5. Can work under pressure and have good team cooperation;
