Objective of Job:
· Engineering and operation finance controlling of China Powertrain.

Brief Task Description
· Lead the analysis and explain the operation financial data and project cost, provide the quality suggestion for operation decision making, improve the profitable capacity, including:
· Leading tracking and analysis of the various elements of the project cost, provide an analysis of the report and recommendations to assist the project smoothly, support for project management departments to effectively control costs, optimize project processes and improve project profitability.
? Lead calculating the hourly cost rate and provide the report, analysis and provide the improvement suggestion
? Lead tracking and analyzing the work efficiency, provide report and improvement suggestion for hiring and budgeting
? Monitoring and analysis of the Company's internal control processes and systems, continuous improvement to ensure compliance of all aspects of the process control and ordering
? Orientate and influence each department on cost saving
? Coordinate, prepare and submit the annual business plan and project budget/FCST, to review the budget with each department and ensure the budget/FCST is reasonable limited in regarding to meet the operation requirement
? Check payment term of contract in regarding of cash management
? Assist accounting team to complete variable report on time
? Cash management to meet operation requirement
? Support accounting team to plan and complete assets count yearly or quarterly
? Prepare and support the internal and external audit, continuous improvement to close the findings on time
? Set-up and maintain the information system based on requirements from Group Office;
? Monthly review of Financial Performance with department Managers;
? Other special reports and information as required;
? Review and assistant the accounting team to maintain General Ledger and other general accounting records and related controls and ensures the set-up and the progress of proper accounting and clerical methods and systems.
? Set-up and maintain the cost centers.
? Audit and control the operating and CAPEX costs, ensure the maximum benefit of company
? Build and maintain program costs tracking system, assistant program management to control the project costs
? Build and enhances the system of internal controls including a timely and accurate reconciliation process.
? Responsible for SAFE, MOFTEC, Financing & Legal issues relative to financial matters of the division.
? Others assigned by ER&D controller and upper management.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor of Administrative Studies, MBA is preferred
? 4 to 6 years of accounting and administrative experience in the automotive R&D or manufacturing environment
? Knowledge of MRP Systems and Information Systems, with implementation experience
? Knowledge of SAP (PS, FI/CO,MM) is preferred
? Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken Chinese as well as English
? Ability to communicate well with people at all levels
? Must have good organizational skills, be a self-starter, responsible, team player and an active listener
? Must be able to display and interpret the financial statement with the varieties tools. 举报 分享
