The Management Trainee Program will provide young talents with an exciting opportunity upon which to accelerate their career at GymboGlobal.

Successful candidates will receive on-going trainings, coaching and mentoring while working on real projects. Precious insight will be attained as they become an integral part of a leading team working alongside with a diverse group of talented professionals.

The high-performing Management Trainees will be given the chance to fast track their careers to management positions across a broad range of business areas inside of GymboGlobal.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1:Gaining a basic understanding of business Procedures
2:Gaining a basic understanding of the scope and size of the China early education marketplace and how it operates
3:Daily support for the operation and POP
4:Project follow up
5:Support the Gymbo China home office as assistant
6:Support the business explore and the New Center open
7:Project follow up

Qualifications.
？ Bachelor degree or above from a global top university
