职责：Handle technical training system (compliance wire) to ensure full compliance.
Organize general training programs (GMP, EHS, job-specific orientation, generic skill etc.).
Maintain training documentation (records, certificates, qualification etc.).
Maintain training facilities and exploit learning resources for employees.
Other assignments from direct supervisor.
能力与技能：Smart and Fast learning, high potential for developing
Self motivated, proactive and team work
Bachelor degree in Management or HR Management
Nice to have above 1-year experience in HR in a multinational company
Good English capability
Good computer skill
Good communication skill
基本条件：1.需保障每周4天的出勤时间
