Manage the MRP and ERP systems (training will be provided) to: 管理MRP和ERP系统（公司提供培训）

(1) implement production planning & Materials management including operation scheduling / job scheduling实施产品计划/物料管理包括操作时间表/工作时间表

(2) Material supply chain convergence 产品供应链的汇总

(3) Create BOM and routes principles for mechanical jobs (Machining and assembling) 创建物料清单和机械工作的路径原则（机加工和装配）

(4) Input Work centers properties 输入工作中心财产

(5) Order and assess Production Department capacity 命令和评估生产部门能力

(6) Create job cards 建立工作卡片

(7) Release work orders & Current operations 制定生产订单和现行操作

(8) Launch Subcontracting procedures (external operations) in coordination with purchase department 同采购部门开发外加工步骤（外协）

(9) Input in ERP / MRP data feedback from work force . Follow up of material picking (feedback from Warehouse), timing and operation development (job completion – feedback from workshop) and input data into the system 把工人的反馈数据录入到ERP/MRP系统中。跟进领料单（仓库的反馈），计时和操作开发（工作完成至反馈给仓库）并把数据输入到系统中

(10) Enjoy data analysis, statistics and reporting system 喜欢数据分析，统计和汇报系统

(11) Analysis of Efficiency of work centers and operation for decision drive of procedures and subcontracting 工作中心和操作的效率分析，从而决定加工流程和外加工

(12) Support accounting department for costing 在成本方面支持财务部门的工作

(13) Support Purchase department in technological solutions (Machining - Routes) 在技术方面支持采购部的工作（机加工步骤等）

Candidate Requirements:

Education and experience: 教育和经验

(1) Must be DME (Diploma Mechanical Engineer) or BE (Bachelor Engineer) with Experience in Control of production 应是机械工程师学位或者工程师学士学位，有生产管理方面相关经验。

(2) English communication ability in oral and written is a must. 要有英语口语和书面语的交流能力。

(3) 3 years working with ERP/MRP systems 3年ERP/MRP系统操作经验

(4) Proficient in common informatics applications (windows office environment) 熟练使用常规信息设备（windows 办公系统）
