职位描述：
岗位职责：

1. Liaising among merchandisers and factories to solve technical issues, taking into account the type of product to ensure the end result in terms of aesthetics and comfort.

2. Checking the prototype of development sample, such as construction, paper pattern and fitting, give technical support to merchandiser/design team. Monitoring the quality of development sample.

3. Checking fitting samples, confirmation samples, full size grading samples, and give necessary technical support to factory to meet up the ETD deadline inquiry.

4. Able to check manufacturing process, ensure the high quality of production is preferred.

5. Inline inspection and analyze of factory if needed

6. Fulfill relevant reports ( daily report and others)

7. Good knowledge for shoe last, outsole is preferred.

8. Assist other relevant jobs assigned by team manager.

任职要求：

 At least 5 years in relevant experience gained from footwear manufacturing or buying offices

- Good knowledge in footwear paper pattern, fitting. With knowing well of last and outsole technical knowledge is preferred.

- Able to work independently, detailed-minded, team-player with good problem solving skills

- Effective communication skills to liason with internal and external counterparts

- Strong sense of team work and self-motivation
 - Computer skills in Outlook, Word and Excel essential is preferred.

- Able to travel if necessary
