职位描述：
Job Summary/Purposes & Objectives 职务概况/目的与目标：
1. To ensure the availability and the effectiveness of production scheduled and arrange the production properly and ensure the delivery in time.
确认生产计划的可行性和有效性并合理安排好生产，确保及时交货期。
2. Assure that the products are manufactured in accordance with the correct manufacturing procedures, quality control plan and safety work instructions.
确保产品制造过程符合制造程序，质量计划和安全操作规程。
3. Cooperate with quality Dept. to investigate any quality problem, taking the corrective and preventive actions where necessary and to handle the non-conforming products in the production unit.
协助质量部门调查质量问题，在生产单元内落实相关整改措施。
4. Take responsibility for the production safety through a daily check or supervision of the equipments and usage of the PPE by the personnel, in compliance to local governmental laws and DNC requirements.
负责生产安全，组织常规检查与监督，以保持设备正常运行和确保人员穿戴劳保用品受到必要的保护；满足政府相关法律法规和公司相关要求。
5. Timely finish other tasks assigned by the superiors.
及时完成上司给予的其它工作。

Job Requirements & Competencies 职务要求与胜任条件：
1. College degree and above, majoring in Mechanical or Mechanical Engineering.
专科及以上学历，机械或机械工程等专业 。
2. 5 years or more work related experience with at least 3 years in management level, prefer with Stamping or punching/pressing fields and in multinational company as well
5年相关工作经验，至少3年承担相关管理职务的经验, 在跨国公司冲压领域工作优先。
3. Communication and Leadership skill .
沟通技巧和领导才能。
4. Team Building.
团队合作精神。
5. Professional confidentiality all the time .
