Required Education:
- BS and MBA in related field to anticipated project focus area
- Lean Six Sigma exposure desirable, but not required – Black Belt training will provided by GLS/PolyOne.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities：
- Must be a results driven change agent with the ability to successfully interface with various levels and areas of the organization, establish close working relationships, and build consensus for chosen solutions.
- Hands-on commercial experience in sales, marketing or business development.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to acquire, assimilate, and analyze data from multiple systems and data sources using a variety of business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Project management experience, team facilitation, data analysis, change management, best practice translation, and process improvement experience is required.
- Ability and successful track record working with multiple areas of an organization, as well as managing multiple active engagements required.
- Strong computer skills especially with spreadsheet applications (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Access); SAP knowledge a plus.
- Holds themselves and team members accountable for a high level of performance.
- Required to travel by car or plane up to 25% of the time.The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a strategic role responsible for leading process improvement initiatives across Asia, including but not limited to distribution, supply planning, strategic sourcing, customer management, demand management, human resources, finance, sales, marketing, , inventory management, IT, research & development, and network optimization. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt will apply expertise and leadership to identify, analyze and implement opportunities that will increase performance levels. The focus will be around commercial processes like prospect identification, target closure, success translation to name a few.
