Contribute to XX Group China’s communication development through designing, planning, driving Communication strategy, development and processes.
Integrate this functional role well with other communication functions within XX Group.
Roles of Job:
1. Main Tasks / Responsibilities / Authorities:
? Lead the function of Internal & Online Communications in XX Group China.
? Be responsible to drive the public relations strategy, corporate social responsibility, channels management and programs/projects implementation, etc.
? Establish and maintains a good media relations in China to promote XX Group image
? Work closely with teams in the markets to design policies/guidelines/programs in XX Group China in communication area accordingly
2. Key Skills:
? Share common values with the client, Code of Conduct, hold high ethical standards.
? Strong English/Chinese written and oral communication skills together with an ability to deal with all stakeholders and be able to explore the best practices and deliver imaginative approaches to communication.
? Take initiatives, influencing, interacting, seeing the links between Communication activities and business operations,
? Over 10 years Communication management experiences, preferably in multinational companies. Solid and proven management and leadership capabilities.
? Mature, Proactive, Self-motivated and Strategic Thinking.
