Qualifications任职资格

* Bachelor degree, major in Die Casting, Material, Machinery, Marketing or related subjects. 本科学历，铸造、材料、 机械、市场营销专业或相关专业；

* Fluent English. 英语熟练；

* Minimum 3 years sales experience in die casting or auto parts industry. 从事压铸行业销售或汽车零部件行业销售3年以上；

* Independently undertake the development and the expansion of markets, and have good ability in risk analysis and avoidance. 独立承担市场拓展、有分析和避免风险能力；

* Good ability in communication and interpersonal skill. 良好的沟通以及人际交往能力；

* Serious, careful and perseverant work attitude. 认真细致的工作态度，锲而不舍的工作精神；

* Basic PC knowledge. 熟练操作电脑和办公软件；

* Female is preferred. 女性优先。

Duties and Responsibilities职责

* Develop and expand the domestic and international markets, and try to get the new projects and new products from existing customers; and then track the new projects, from the project initiation to SOP. 拓展国内外新客户以及现有客户的新项目及新产品，跟踪新项目从立项到批量生产；

* Comply with all company rules and regulations; safeguard the interests of the company; protect trade secrets. 遵守公司各项规章制度，维护公司利益，保守公司秘密；

* Set personal development objective and make a practical working plan. 制定个人工作目标，并围绕个人目标制定切实可行的工作计划；

* Learn and master the knowledge of marketing, die casting, machining and quality management, and raise awareness of the products. 学习并掌握营销、压铸、机加工、品质管理知识，提高对产品的认知能力；

* Collect and track the information of the domestic and international customers through various ways such as exhibitions, Internet, newspapers, magazines, fairs and etc. 通过各种方式如展览会、网络、报刊、洽谈会等对国内外市场的新客户信息进行收集并加以跟踪；

* In time get the information of new projects and new products from existing customers, and then organize and track it. 及时了解现有客户的新项目和新产品信息，加以整理和跟踪；

* Actively track existing projects and potential projects, make and improve “customer project tracking card”. 积极地跟踪现有项目和潜在项目, 制定和完善客户项目跟踪卡；

* Complete the target on time and according to quality, and accept performance evaluation. 按时、按质地完成制定的目标计划，并接受考评；

* Frequent travel required. 能经常出差；

* Other tasks assigned by leaders.领导交办其他事宜。

Sensus Precision Die Casting (Yangzhou) CO., LTD. (SPDCY) was established in September 2009 as a Wholly Owned Foreign Entity, the total investment is USD30, 000,000.00. SPDCY produces and markets high quality aluminum die castings used in automotive, motorcycle, gas utility, home appliance and telecom industries.
SPDCY has 500 employees at present, including over 80 administrative and technical staff. ？The company covers an area of 730,000 square meters, including over 12,500 square meters of standard factory building. We have 24 die casting machines from 350T to 1600T imported from Japan, Italy, Switzerland and USA, 100 machining equipments including machining centers, CNC lathes, leak testers and impregnation line and imported inspection devices including spectrometer, X-ray machine, microscope, CMM etc. ？SPDCY supply products to main engine plants and first level parts suppliers, e.g. CFME, ZF, Valeo, BorgWarner, WABCO, Panasonic etc.
