We are looking for a Test and Firmware Engineer based in our Shanghai office. In this role, you'll focus on testing at the manufacturing level.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about our products, vision, and success - beyond checking off tasks.

Responsibilities
* Testing Creation
        -Knowledge of digital I/Os (i.e. UART, I2C, I2S and SPI, SoC)
* Testing Optimization
        -Yield Analysis
        -Failure Analysis & Root Cause
* Testing Sustaining
        -NPI Build support for US based PD teams
        -Test fixture (SMT and FATP) management
        -KPI Development and tracking
        -Sustaining MP for products
        -World Class Process Development and Integration
        -Awareness of Quality Control processes used in Consumer Electronics manufacturing

Qualifications and Experience
* 5-10 years of work experience
* Bilingual - English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
* Consumer Electronic background
* Mass volume global product release experience
* Previous collaboration with CM partners
* Driven, focused and detail oriented individual
* Passion to create world class products
* Culturally aware/ability to work with Asia and US teams
* Strong communicator with a proven track record of working collaboratively on complex projects
* Willingness to travel between Shanghai office and manufacturing sites as required

* Audio/Acoustic Experience (i.e. SoundCheck) preferred but not required
* Knowledge of EE concepts and technician abilities (i.e. soldering iron, strip wires, voltmeter use)
* Basic programming and scripting skills (i.e. Python, Serial IO, C/C++)
* Awareness of BLE & Bluetooth Classic
* Have used Windows® based development environments
* Proficient experience in developing test approach/strategy (i.e. DOE, HW schematics, DFM, Gaugue R&R)
* Previous test automation experience to enable test early, test often and test fast 举报 分享
