大专或以上学历，英语良好，有相关工作经验两年以上，掌握数理统计知识，良好之沟通、协调及领导能力。
岗位职责：
负责所在生产区域的日常生产、运营工作；负责编制生产作业计划和确保生产任务按期完成；负责对本区域内所有人员进行相关培训、考核、能力的确认。指定领班的职责，负责对生产线产量质量跟踪;完成生产计划的产量与PMC计划相关的事项协调，追踪生产部所需求的材料。
