主要工作内容 (Main Responsibilities)
1 "和R&D团队一起参与产品的设计，给出模具和产品的结构和公差意见。
Participate and advise in all part design reviews with R&D team, given tooling/production recommendations and Participate in tolerance analysis and tolerance study."
2 "按照相关项目信息，给出模具的布局和结构，评估成型周期，模具的成本及模具开发的周期。
In term of relevant project information, figure out mould layout and structure, estimate cycle time, mould cost, estimated tooling schedule."
3 "通过Moldflow和UG，完成模具的DMF。
Provided tooling DMF by assist with moldflow, UG, included parting line, ejector pins position, gate position for evaluation."
4 "研究和确定新的材料，制造技术，抛光选择。
Search and identify new materials, manufacturing technologies and finish options."
5 "支持相关部门的二次工装的开发。
Support across function team on secondary tool development."
6 "根据项目投资计划提交注塑模具任务书
According to investment plan of project submit the mold demand list."
7 "审核模具供应商的DFM并发往公司总部确认
Check the DFM of supplier and submit to headquarters for approval."
8 "跟进模具开发进度，组织注塑模具的验收
Follow up the progress of the mold development, organize and arrage the release process of the new mold"
9 "上级安排的其他工作。

岗位要求(Job Requirements)
1. 良好的英语读写能力，口语流利者优先，AutoCAD,UG必须熟练，会Moldflow者优先；
Good English in writing and reading, fluent oral English is preferred, AutoCAD & UG is necessary; Moldflow is preferred
2. 熟悉ISO 9000，ISO/TS16949
Good knowledge in ISO9000, ISO/TS16949
3. 熟悉注塑模具结构和设计，能根据特定产品给出模具设计建议。
Be familiar with mold structure and design, have the ability to offer proposals for mold design of proper product.
4. 擅长注塑模具开发，有连接器模具经验优先。
Be good at mold development, have the experience of connector is preferred.
5. 擅长注塑工艺缺陷分析，并针对特定缺陷提出改善建议
Be good at defect analysis of injection process, be able to offer proposals for proper defect.
相关工作经历(Working Experience)
5年以上汽车行业注塑模具设计经验，有连接器注塑行业经验优先
At least 5 years tooling/applicator design experience in automotive field, experience with connector is preferred.
