4. 职位的任务和要求
Job Tasks and Target

- 按照图纸及相关的质量标准和产品工艺要求，完成零部件和整机的装配工作；
          Achieve the assembling for parts and complete products according to drawings and quality requirement\process requirement.

- 按照图纸和质量标准,完成产品的开机试运行和成品最终测试和检验；
          Finish the commissioning and final testing for company products according to drawing and quality demand.

- 严格执行公司的安全生产准则,禁止各类违规操作或未经主管授权的行为.
          Follow the company safety production principle, prohibit all violation operation and the unauthorized action.

- 生产工序加工质量控制和自检，如实填写当班记录和工序流程表及其它公司要求的相关工作记录.
           Quality control and self-quality check for production process, fill out the duty to record and process card and some other job record according to company requirement.

- 严格执行现场作业规范，保持文明生产秩序，保持生产现场5S和安全生产规范；
           Carry out the site operation regulation strictly, maintain civilized order of production, maintain the 5S of production and safety production;

- 严格执行生产经理的工作任务分配,并且确保高效,高质量地完成生产经理或上级主管分派的生产任务.
          Carry out the task assignment strictly from production manager and accomplish it with high efficiency and quality.





5. 资质要求
Requirement on the job holder
- 机械制造专业中专/大专毕业
Technical school or college degree for mechanical engineering or equivalent
- 5年以上相关工作经验
Above 5 years related working experience

- 掌握常用的机加工知识
Detailed knowledge with regard to the mechanical processing.
- 机械装配经验，最好有焊接经验，最好懂动平衡
           Must have mechanical assembling experience, welding and balancing experience is preferable
          
- 最好懂英文
          English is preferable

- 具有团队合作精神
Team work spirit.
- 有计算机和MS-Office知识
