职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities / 主要职责 :
The Lean Manufacturing Specialist 6 is responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. In this role you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
- Lead Lean Six Sigma quality initiative for manufacturing, facilitating breakthrough improvements in key processes, and communicating to and influencing individuals at all levels
- Work with process owners to map key processes, identify, prioritize and drive process improvement opportunities that contribute to growth and increased revenue
- Drive simplification from ITO through OTR, from Proposal inquiry to Delivery SPAN metrics improvement
- Facilitate Action Work Outs to generate projects to achieve Business Lean Objectives
- Report results and issues to appropriate audiences including key leaders and process team members
- Lead and manage multiple Six Sigma projects using DMAIC, DFSS, and CAP tools
- Comply with company policy and process including but not limit in compliance, quality, production, EHS, HR & Admin, lean etc.
- Other reasonable tasks assigned by organizational or functional supervisor(s).

Qualifications Required / 基本要求 :
a. Education教育程度
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Industrial engineering, or Mechanics.

b. Working experience工作经验
- At least 3+ years team leader experience on lean manufacturing project design, coordination and implementation.


c. Specific knowledge专门知识
- Be familiar of both lean mfg principles and methodologies.
- Be able to conduct lean mfg training, plan and implement lean projects within manufacturing operation.


- Be able as an excellent coordinator to fully utilize the available resources. Ability to influence and manage resource without direct reporting.

- Competent in MS Office, including Access, AutoCAD.
