职位描述：
1.Source and develop the supplier base, mainly focus on PCBA, Cable, and Catalog part.
寻找和发展供应商，侧重在PCBA、线束、电子标准件等。

2.Negotiate agreements and contract with suppliers.
供应商合同及协议谈判。

3.Localize the parts according to the schedule and supplier performance.
按计划进行原材料国产化。

4.Responsible for continuing cost control and reduction.
负责持续成本控制与节约。

5.Manage local and overseas suppliers, improve whole performance.
管理国内及海外供应商，提供供应商整体绩效。

6.Support buyer team to solve urgent material supply issues.
支持采购团队处理紧急物料供应问题。

7.Support project team for new projects launch in Suzhou.
支持苏州项目团队做好新项目转移。

8.ERP/JDE system maintain(Approved supplier, Price, Lead time, MOQ)
ERP/JDE系统维护（合格供应商，价格，交期，最小起定量等等）

9.Other tasks assigned by the manager.
其他部门经理安排的工作

 Competencies
· College degree above大专以上学历.
· More than 5 years working experience in Electronic field.电子行业5年以上相关经验
· Good communication and negotiation skills良好的沟通和谈判能力
· Certain knowledge about EMS, PCBA, Cable, Catalog, etc.有EMS工厂Sourcing工作经验，掌握PCBA、线束、电子标准件的专业知识
· Certain knowledge in international trade. 掌握国际贸易相关知识.
· Good computer skill and familiar with ERP system良好的计算机操作技能，熟悉ERP系统
