职位描述：
* Mold/Tooling and TFS troubleshoots skill with more than 5 years’ experience is a must. Must hands on and performs line equipment repair and maintenance.
（5年以上Mold/Tooling 和TFS 设备故障维修经验，负责生产线设备的维修保养）;
*Perform and set-up PM system to ensure smooth daily production.
（执行并制定PM计划以保证日常生产的正常运转）
*Set-up proper operating standards to ensure good practice to all equipment engineer and technician;
（制定合理的操作标准以确保设备工程师和技术员能够熟练操作;）
*Prepare weekly report and action plan to meet department KPI; downtime; yield and quality target.
（根据部门KPI，当即时间，良率和品质目标来制作周报表和工作实施计划，）

Duties and Responsibilities：（工作职责）

*Set-up troubleshoots machines/equipment/tools based on production schedule.
（根据生产计划制定机器/设备故障排除）
*Calibrates machines/equipments/tools with correct perimeters in order to bring about smooth machine operation.
（定期对设备机器进行必要的检测以保障机器、设备正常、平稳运转）
*Attains target time per machine.
（保障每台机周转时间达标）
*Provide update of over-all machine status on his/her area of responsibility
（提供在责任区域内机器最新状态）
*Coordinates with production for line priority
（配合优化产线生产）
*Guides production personnel on proper and correct machine operations.
（指导产线人员正确操作机台）
*Performs periodic maintenance to ensure consistent performance with high degree of productivity and reliability.
（定期对机台进行维护校正，以确保与生产的高度一致性与可靠性）
*Supports Process Engineers (PE). And Quality Control and production personnel during materials and engineering evaluations.
（支援PE/QE/生产人员对材料与制程评估）
*Generates reports on prescribe forms regarding machine downtime, parameters and repairs actions one on concerned equipment.　
（制作有关设备、机器停机时间、相关参数、维修操作的报告）
*Maintains absolute cleanliness of equipment and surrounding area of equipment
（保持设备及周边区域的清洁）
*Other task as assigned by superior from time to time.
