职位描述：
主要职责：
1. Interact with Production Control to ensure Bills of Materials (BOM) are accurate and up to date. Review and audit Bills of Material to ensure they reflect the latest manufacturing practices. Update standard costs in the Bill of Materials as needed

2. Analyze actual labor, material, and overhead cost against Standard/Budget. Research and explain variances. Report this information monthly or as needed
根据标准、预算，分析实际人力，材料以及管理费用。研究并解释其差异。按照要求每月将该信息进行汇报。
3. Review standard costs for inaccuracies
检查标准成本是否准确
4. Work with other departments to ensure standard cost and the quantity of the inventory is accurate in the system
与其他部门合作，确保系统中的标准成本和库存数量的准确性
5. Validate the cost of goods sold and inventory value as part of the month-end close
确保核实销货成本和库存价值在月底关闭
6. Reconcile inventory sub-ledger to G/L at month-end
使库存分类账与G/L在月底持平
7. Calculation E&O reserve based on company policy and true up quarterly
根据公司政策，计算E&O准备金，并按季度进行核查
8. Review inventory aging report to ensure it is accurate, work with other department to come up and execute corrective actions for aged inventory
检查库龄报表，确保它的准确性，并与其他部门一起提出并实施关于过存货的纠正性措施。
9. Interco inventory selling price calculation
库存销售价格计算
10. Prepare journal entries to record cost and inventory valuation
准备分类账，记录成本和库存估价
11. Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles
按照公认的会计原则的要求，积累并申请管理费用
12. Provide cost estimates for job bids
为投标工作提供成本估计信息
13. Work with operations to assess the adequacy of inventory reserve
结合业务操作，预估出充足的库存储备
14. Monitoring inventory movement to ensure accuracy and completeness of balances
监督库存动态，确保余额的准确和完成
15. Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts
使实务盘点与循环盘点保持一致
16. Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues
调查周期盘点差异并解决问题
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
会计学学位
2. 5+ years of working experience as a cost accountant in a manufacturing environment of MNC
在生产制造业领域的跨国公司有5年及以上的成本会计相关工作经验。
3. Solid understanding of cost accounting and take initiative
熟知成本会计相关知识，并且能够积极主动的解决问题。
4. Strong computer proficiencies in Microsoft Office
能够熟练操作办公软件。
5. Ability to communicate analytical data and accounting principles to others
要有能力将分析的数据与会计原理与他人进行交流
6. Better to have EPR Implement experience
有EPR实施经验者优先
7. Good communication skills in English
