Job Description

Function: Boxon China
Position: Account Manager
Closest manager: Sales Manager

Main objective of the position
1. Generate sales from assigned customers and deliver good service.
2. Develop new customers.
3. Handle customer relationship and be primary contact to customers with regards to the technical solutions

Tasks
1. Follow the sales process to maintain existing key accounts, including daily business coordination, quotation & bidding, and project management/follow-up.
2. Maintain long term relationship with customers to exploit more opportunities.
3. Regularly visits/calls to follow activity budget.
4. Achieve the target of sales revenue & gross margin.
5. Support new business development within the company organization.
6. Work closely with purchasing and technical departments to meet customer requirements.
7. Keep delivering Boxon concept to customers.
8. Report to sales manager.
9. Develop new Key accounts initiated from Europe or from local Key account management.

Required skills
1. Bachelor degree in related fields, major in packaging engineering or marketing would be a plus.
2. At least 2 years working experience in packaging company.
3. Experience of working in a multinational company is a plus.
4. Good project planning/leading and organizational skills.
5. Good presentation skills in both English & Chinese; familiar with MS Power-point, confident with handling large audiences.
6. Ability to work both independently or as part of a team.
7. Fluent in English both in oral and writing.
8. Computer literate.
9. Flexible with traveling.
10. High energy level.
