Communications

The Communications division focusses on the topics Internal Communications, Marketing Communications, Media Relations and Web Communications. The central aim of each one of the subdivisions is to transfer the right information to the right target group, using the right channels. Therefore intra- and internet, newsletters, (press) events, and various other means of communication are used. The central function Communications contributes to Infineon's homogenous appearance towards different groups of stakeholders, external as well as internal.

In your new role you will:

• Develop site COM strategy and make annual plan under the umbrella of corporate and operation COM strategy.
• Work closely with corporate, region and operations COM teams, and ensure effectively deploy aligned strategies/cultural projects to site.
• Manage and maintain COM channels such as Quarterly AHM, employee dialogue, site magazine, intranet, eMag, WeChat, bulletin board and LCD screens, etc.
• Draft site MD communication materials, such as public speeches, AHM slides, management team newsletters and company profiles, etc.
• Expose and promote site success stories among Infineon globally and enhance site competitiveness and site image as well.
• Lead site idea management program including setting yearly target and tracking the report of each department Provide regular update to regional and corporate functions.
• Lead Employee Activity Committee and organize varieties of events like Family Day, Parties, Sport events etc, to help to improve employee engagement.
• Coordinate and host VIP vist and workshops at management level.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• University degree in Communications or Business related with fluent English skill.
• At least 5 year's working experience in the related areas.
• Proactive & Passionate on the task assigned.
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and fast learner.
• Good verbal/written skill in both English and Chinese.
