职位描述：
A) Requirements
1.College or above education in electronic/mechanical engineering or related subject.
2.Over 5 years experience work in PCBA or related industry as supervisor
3.Can work on rotation shifts.
4.English – basic level – able to read and write with the assist of dictionary
5.Abnormal inspection item was not detected on the medical report.

B) Job Function
1. Lead team to achieve and excess production, quality and Cost targets.
2. Monitor and improve performance of whole team. Collect and update production information and Report to manager.
3. Handle or involved into continuous improvement in production area. Providegoodsuggestionto manager and team.
4. Strong control the scarp of prodcution ,reduce the waste.
5. Give subordinates training and ensuring all operators have appropriate skills to do their job effectively.
6. Standards housekeeping and cleanliness of production line (5S).
7. Motivate and encourage team members. Implement company polices and build good company culture.
8. Help production manager to perfect production system.
9. Ensure the ISO requirements are established, executed and maintained according to ISO 9001, TS16949 and ISO14001standard. 举报 分享

IKOR was established in 1981 in San Sebastian (Spain). It is essentially dedicated to design and manufacture electronic circuits and equipment for industrial markets, requiring custom-made systems for their products. IKOR contributes with know-how and added value to high quality product, ranging form the design and industrialization of the product to total integration in the client’s strategy.

Its products are widely used in the manufacturing automobile and white goods industries, including electronic locks, induction stoves, testing equipment, precision on-line measuring instrument, elevation lifts and vertical transportation control systems, etc.

In its 20 years of existence, the annual training plan for all departments of the company guarantees an up-to-date knowledge of electronics technology and the latest management and quality techniques in use, thus obtaining the best value of the company and the human team.

IKOR has taken the challenge of internationalization and exports its technology and products to foreign markets. In 1998, it opened a plant (MEXIKOR) in Guadalajara (Mexico) that covers 1,200 square meters with a daily production capacity of 250,000 units, quickly adopting the same degree of automation, flexibility and quality as IKOR in Spain.

Recognizing the importance of the Asian market, especially the advantage of China, IKOR has decided to establish a company called CHINAKOR, which is under construction in Suzhou Industrial Park. It will occupy an area of 13,000 square meters and will have a staff of more than 300. The construction of the factory has been finished by April, 2006. When settled up, CHINAKOR will become IKOR’s manufacturing center of Asia.
