职位描述：

1、独立完成公司招聘服务的市场开拓、客户的开发/维护；

2、发掘分析客户招聘需求，为客户制定合理化招聘解决方案；

3、把握销售机会，促成与客户的合作，推动招聘及其他人力资源产品的销售，完成销售任务；

4、主动维护新老客户关系，快速有效解决客户的咨询、投诉、建议及反馈，提高客户满意度；

5、执行公司的销售策略及政策，挖掘自身潜力，积极向公司提出参考意见。

任职要求：

1、2016届大专、本科毕业生；

2、热爱销售工作，愿意从事销售岗位工作；

3、进取心、责任心强，有良好的团队合作及服务意识；

4、思维敏捷、沟通表达能力佳，主动、有耐心。
