职位描述：
Responsibilities：
· Establish, maintain and develop procedures for use/ handling Non-Conformances in China in line with Global procedures and policy.
· Evaluate NCR’s timorously and initiate CAPA’s in accordance with written procedures and contractual requirements.
· Recommend corrective and preventive actions where needed and within scope of experience and qualification.
· Coordinate and follow up on corrective actions to ensure analysis and close-out procedures are carried out effectively.
· Ensure proper and effective root cause analysis (RCA) and NCR’s are conducted accurately and effectively – and as part of this facilitate RCA sessions with relevant employees/ departments.
· Maintain and update analytical/ statistical records on NCR’s/ CAPA’’s on a continuous basis.
· Reporting NCR status to line Manager and departmental Manager’s where applicable, including Global entities when requires.
· Submit and follow up the Corrective action request (CAPA’) – if any to the auditee/ Management.
· Support and assist other functions in resolving QMS related non-conformances.
· Support statistics for KPI for NCR/ FQR/CAPA, etc.
· Support supplier development/supplier audit/quality control, etc.
· Measuring tools management/material test.
· Training plan and implementation.
· Coordinator of both internal and external inspection/NCR/ FQR/CAPA business.
  
Additional Functions:
· Coordinate and perform internal audits – as part of this coordinate with various functions and departments for timely internal audits and planned arrangements.
· Assessment and monitoring of potential and existing suppliers/ sub-contractors with regard to their performance, capability and quality management system.
· Increase quality awareness through training sessions/audits/personal interactions.
· Technical support for Supplier Quality Manager’s (SQM).
· Receive and review PO’s, specifications, drawings; Identify and prepare quality dossiers i.e. Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), PQR/ WPS, NDE, HT, corrosion protection procedures, check lists, material certification.
· Assist with technical clarifications (Technical Query) in conjunction and coordination with the designated Quality Engineer (QE) and Supplier Quality Manager (SQM).
· Review and maintain records relating to material information; material conversions - (MCGB)/ Check Lists/ Met Lab testing.
· Deal with customer complaints, investigate root cause and corrective action in conjunction with the procurement department, Project Manager or Site Engineer.
 
Requirements：
At least 5 years experience with Quality Assurance in manufacturing and installation of mechanical components and equipments or a metallurgical background.
education (Bs.c / Ms.c.) within Quality Management or Engineering Degree (Bs.c /Ms.c.) with relevant education/courses in Quality Management
Strong character, assertive and self disciplined. Able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and at least experience from one company with implementation and certification of quality management system according to ISO9001.
 Excellent communication speaking and writing skills in Chinese and English.
Willing to travel.
5+ year experience in manufacturing of Machining, Welding, Casting ,Forging industry or familiar with cement and mineral equipments.
Good knowledge of Design and read drawing, manufacturing process for Heavy equipment.
