Client: Family owned, German FMCG Company
Working location: Nanjing, China
Reporting to: Director International Business
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and carry out Sales plan and marketing strategy for the Asia Pacific distributor markets
- Support the strategic development of the China Sales Area
- Act as Deputy for China Sales Area MD
- Develop Market Entry plan for new markets and countries
- Establish sales and marketing strategy
- Work closely with Asian distributors, support and drive sales initiatives
- Take responsibility for cost center planning, budgeting, forecasting and tracking
- Take responsibility for local market intelligence, including competitor analysis and monitoring
- Other jobs assigned by Director International Business
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master in Business, Marketing, Sales related area
- 5-7 years sales and business development related working experience
- FMCG related work experience is a plus
- Broad knowledge of Multi Sales Channel management, strategic marketing and business development
- Ability to successfully negotiate contracts and manage distributors
- Sound financial analysis skills, ability to understand balance sheets and business management propositions
- Proven track record of success in reaching sales goals in multiple markets/ countries
- Excellent communication and Intercultural understanding skills
- Good client relationship management skills
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Willingness to learn and travel
- Sufficient stress resistance and professional appearance
- Proactive attitude and high degree of Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- German language skills would be a plus
- Travel in China and Asia Sales Region up to 30% of working time
