? Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience of Quality Assurance management.
? Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
? Minimum of 6 years of relevant quality management experience.
? Must have experience of running quality training programs.
? Self-motivator with proven experience and ability to manage people, processes, and technology.
? Possess leadership abilities and skills, such as the ability to influence, coach, motivate and develop individuals
? Possess strong analytical, good communication and presentation skills.
? Demonstrated success in managing new initiatives while meeting operating and budgetary requirements.
? Analyze problems, detect root causes and resolve all issues.
