职位描述
- Calculation for newly developed part/product of brake caliper according to assignment from design group of local R&D and RD in HQ & other locations, incl.
-Deformation and stress
- Design Optimization;
- Natural Frequency; -NVH activity
- Caculation result to be submitted with official report;
- Archivement of report;
- Recommended design modification based on result to be given;
- Search for new methodology to widen range of calculation;
- or improve current calculation, to make simulation better matched to the real static or dynamic condition.
- Responsible for daily maintainance of FEA related HW/SW;
- Provide technical support from FEA side to design engineers and customer per request.
Requirement:
Automotive Engineering Background
Familiar with Brake System
Good FEA skill in IDEAS, ABAQUS, HYPERWORKS, etc.
Familiar with FEA method in Brake System
Familiar with FEM theory
Good English Skills
