For a leading law firm in China providing comprehensive legal solutions to multinational and domestic clients in a broad range of cross-border and local transactions
The firm offers a full spectrum of legal services, including:
Dispute Resolution & Litigation
Finance (Banking Insurance)
Capital Markets & Securities
Corporate (FDI, Real Estate, Tax, Labor, M&A)
Intellectual Property (Patents, Trademark, Copyright)
To assist and manage its continuing growth, the firm now seeks to employ a Business Development Consultant, based in its Beijing office.
Position Profile - Business Development Consultant, Beijing-based
The Business Development Consultants' main goal will be to drive business development issues forward and help manage ongoing and future marketing and business development projects
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:-
· Driving business development initiatives forward
· Helping manage projects related to:
-Market & Business Analysis
-Strategy
-Branding Development
-Research & Report Writing
-Lead Generation & Tracking
-Proposal Creation
-External Market Intelligence
-Preparing & Executing English Pitches
-Preparing & Executing Chinese Pitches
Candidate Profile
· Degree in Business and Finance
· Experience in business development, business intelligence and/or financial analysis
· Highly proficient in written and spoken English (TEM 8 English), and native Mandarin Chinese skills
· No gender preference
· Must have excellent presentation skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
· Working experience abroad an advantage, though not essential
· Candidate with legal background or law firm experience is a plus
· Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
· Excellent computer literacy, including MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
· Be able to work independently under minimal supervision
· Proactive, with strong sense of initiative.
· A team player, able to work with an international team.
Reporting Relationships
The Business Development Consultant will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer
