职位描述：

岗位职责：

？ 配合部门负责人制定事务所公共关系的策略并协助执行；

？ 配合部门负责人制定事务所各项市场开发活动计划并执行，其中包括但不限于活动策划、流程设计、与相关方沟通联络、客户邀请、会议材料准备、与行政部合作落实活动准备工作、现场协调等；

？ 协助部门负责人完成事务所对外品牌宣传、公共关系活动的执行和落实；

？ 协助策划和执行事务所内部活动，包括年会和重大庆祝活动等；

？ 配合事务所及相关部门参与与政府领导、行业管理部门领导及重要客人的接待工作；

？ 参与和执行事务所及业务领域各类宣传册的设计和制作；

？ 协调事务所及业务部门 各类礼品的设计和制作；

？ 其他可能分配的相关任务。

能力要求：

？ 中、英文双语商业信函写作及口语能力；

？ 具备良好的沟通技巧，有较强的语言表达能力良好的社交能力；

？ 态度积极，方式灵活；

？ 具有团队协作精神；工作责任心强；

？ 能够承受压力，严格遵守职业道德规范和行为准则。

工作经验要求：

？ 本科以上学历；

？ 具有公共关系、市场或相关领域两年以上工作经验者。
